This region is famous for is fruit and vegetables, creating a real foodie culture and wines that perfectly complement fresh pasta dishes, lemon roasted chicken, herby salads, halloumi or feta.
Small plots, some of which are more than a century old, fight for their lives on stony soils with very little rain, resulting in grapes that give a wonderfully intense citrus, peach and apricot notes. Lower acidity makes this Grenache Blanc soft and wonderfully drinkable. 2016 was a small harvest but of exceptional quality.
